Steeda Pro-Active Mustang Shocks and Struts - ACTIVE (2015-2023)

Steeda's new Pro Active line of shocks and struts feature patented frequency selective damping technology to address needs specific to the S550 Mustang IRS chassis. This new line was developed to offer superior ride and control experienced under the most brutal driving conditions.

Unlike previous performance versions that offer firmer dampening, these units provide more control on rough surfaces by maintaining constant tire contact with the road surface. Combined with a set of Steeda lowering springs, the combo is the ultimate highway driving experience with amazing comfort and stable control.

During hard launches, the rebound setting of the Active dampers limits front end rise resulting in quicker 0-60 times. During panic stops and hard braking, the compression characteristics limit front end dive. On corrugated surfaces where the OE originals allow the car to porpoise, these units maintain a consistent level ride. Co-developed with an OE manufacturer to Steeda specs, these dampers will provide life long predictable handling and consistent ride quality. Their durable coating will not corrode due to road salt or chip due to gravel and road debris. We tested these units under real world conditions on the gnarliest highways and bumpiest back roads of rural America. We are confident they are the absolute best performing option for your daily driven pony car.

Steeda offer a limited lifetime warranty for material and manufacturing defects.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following items are not covered under the Limited Warranty:

1. Failure or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, repair, abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, corrosion, or the alteration or modification of a part by the customer.
2. Failure or damage caused by work not performed by Steeda.
3. Failure or damage caused by a defective part or accessory not installed by Steeda main dealer.
4. Labour for the removal from a vehicle and reinstallation of a part or component sold “over the counter” or “over the internet.”
5. Service adjustments, such as calibration or alignments.
6. Rust or corrosion to parts caused by environmental conditions such as, but not limited to, salt or other caustic chemicals is not covered by Steeda's warranty.
7. Pitting is caused by brake dust, chemical abuse, or lack of maintenance and is not covered by Steeda's warranty.
8. Incidental or consequential damages. Steeda is not responsible for any time for which you may lose the use of your vehicle, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation or any part thereof, or any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.
