Description

Steeda’s 555-8110 Billet Front Coil Over Sleeve Kit for 1979-2004 Ford Mustang models (excluding Bilstein struts) is crafted from billet aluminium for lightweight durability and a premium hard coat anodized finish. This kit transforms your Mustang’s front suspension, allowing precise ride height adjustments for enhanced handling, improved weight transfer, and optimized performance on the street or track.

Optimized design. The kit includes a 2-piece upper spring perch with an O-ring sealed, high-quality Torrington-type roller bearing, allowing the spring to rotate smoothly under compression. This reduces wear, minimizes noise, and keeps dirt and contamination out of the bearing assembly for long-lasting performance. This kit also features a nylon-tipped set screw on the adjustment collar, locking the ride height securely without damaging the threads. This ensures vibration-resistant adjustments that stay in place during intense driving conditions.

Enhanced Performance. Great for drag race cars to reduce unsprung weight and greatly improve your weight transfer. This kit optimizes weight transfer for better 60-foot times in drag racing and improves cornering and stability for street or autocross applications. The lightweight billet aluminium construction reduces unsprung weight, enhancing overall suspension response.

150lb springs are recommended for lightened cars with light weight K-members, fiberglass hoods, and aluminium cylinder heads

175lb springs are recommended for with only minimal front end weight removed or 351 windsor engine with aluminium heads.

200lb springs are recommended for cars with stock or slightly heavier than stock front end weight.

Steeda offer a limited lifetime warranty for material and manufacturing defects.

The warranty is for the original purchaser.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following items are not covered under the Limited Warranty:

1. Failure or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, repair, abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, corrosion, or the alteration or modification of a part by the customer.
2. Failure or damage caused by work not performed by Steeda.
3. Failure or damage caused by a defective part or accessory not installed by Steeda main dealer.
4. Labour for the removal from a vehicle and reinstallation of a part or component sold “over the counter” or “over the internet.”
5. Service adjustments, such as calibration or alignments.
6. Rust or corrosion to parts caused by environmental conditions such as, but not limited to, salt or other caustic chemicals is not covered by Steeda's warranty.
7. Pitting is caused by brake dust, chemical abuse, or lack of maintenance and is not covered by Steeda's warranty.
8. Incidental or consequential damages. Steeda is not responsible for any time for which you may lose the use of your vehicle, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation or any part thereof, or any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.
