The lift-off design which can easily be removed for routine cleaning of your back window is so convenient and is a winning aspect of this EDA Mustang Rear Window Louver other than the bold modern look it gives.
No drilling is required in the installation which is installed using mounting brackets that secure to the exterior rear window glass with automotive bonding tape. You should wait at least 24 hours for the brackets to fully cure before driving although it takes only about an hour with most of that time spent on cleaning up the rear window area. Make sure the area is fully clean prior to install!
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is an extremely strong material known for its light-weight, superior durability, and impact resistance. The Louver is manufactured from the injection of moulded automotive-grade ABS plastic.

Steeda Install Tip:
Customers have told us that the tape coming with these louvers is sometimes not great quality. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing some high quality 3M VHB (Very High Bond) automotive fixing tape. Also make SURE the area is properly prepped. If you have treated your car to ceramic coat for example it will need to be removed from the fixing area to ensure good adhesion. If prep or tape is not good, then your louvers could easily go on a high speed excursion of their own on a trip down the motorway!
Warranty Info
Steeda offer a limited lifetime (minimum 2 years) warranty for material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty is for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following items are not covered under the Limited Warranty:
1. Failure or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, repair, abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accidents, corrosion, or the alteration or modification of a part by the customer.
2. Failure or damage caused by work not performed by Steeda.
3. Failure or damage caused by a defective part or accessory not installed by Steeda main dealer.
4. Labour for the removal from a vehicle and reinstallation of a part or component sold “over the counter” or “over the internet.”
5. Service adjustments, such as calibration or alignments.
6. Rust or corrosion to parts caused by environmental conditions such as, but not limited to, salt or other caustic chemicals is not covered by Steeda's warranty.
7. Pitting is caused by brake dust, chemical abuse, or lack of maintenance and is not covered by Steeda's warranty.
8. Incidental or consequential damages. Steeda is not responsible for any time for which you may lose the use of your vehicle, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation or any part thereof, or any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.
