The face of "Tune it Safe!" - The Steeda Q500 Polizei Enforcer!

After a lot of secrecy and planning we are now very proud to be able to announce that the Steeda Q500 Enforcer was chosen as the face car of Germany's "Tune it Safe" campaign, a joint programme by Germany VDAT and the German Polizei, to encourage tuning, but make sure it's done legally and with quality.

The VDAT (Verband Der Automobil Tuner) is an organisation of many of Germany's most well respected tuning companies and beyond, including Steeda Germany, and our friends  at OZ Racing for example. 

Every year they run a different tuner car as the Police car to front the campaign and it was truly a special honour to be chosen for the 2026 car, launched at the Essen motorshow in December 2025.

The car took pride of place on the VDAT stand and got loads of attention.

And of course Jorg and Jens Fiege of #SteedaGermany were in attendance to keep it safe!

Wait a minute! That's not Jens! 8)

The car will be touring all over Germany with the VDAT Tune it Safe campaign throughout 2026 so keep a look out and meet up with the Steeda Germany team at a show near you! We will try and posta calendar of events when we know the schedule.

Maybe the police at the Mustang Event knew what was coming!?
