Steeda European Certification - Advice on Parts Inspections

Steeda recently achieved our long worked for European Homologation for Steeda Q Series Mustangs, which covers all European markets. It also means that the parts we used in the creation of our Q Series Mustangs are certified for use across the European markets too. While our EU certification crosses all markets, as it's a "Vehicle manufacturer" certification it is applied to vehicles prior to registration.  

When fitting Steeda parts to your S550 or S650 Mustangs you are engaging in whats known as "aftermarket" changes (i.e. after first registration of the vehicle) and for aftermarket changes, each country has its own unique rules. For example you may need to show some papers to your local inspector, depending on where you live and what market your car is registered in. To help you out in your inspections, we have created this document for you, an Attestation of Certification, which you can show your local authority.

These Certificates have already been approved by TUV inspectors in Germany for example, for use in registering Steeda equipped Mustangs in Germany and were presented and discussed at the annual TUV conference recently.
