Protect Your Explorers Differential.

We love the PHEV Hybrid Explorer here at Steeda Europe. Launched in 2020 it offers up to 7 seats of comfort and style and can handily tow your Steeda race car as well, as we know from our trips tot he Nürburgring, Bilsterberg and Hockenheim ring! 

Steeda offer lots of nice modifications that can help with performance, driveability, towing stability and also reliability. 

Reliability is being addressed here with our simplest and cheapest new modification for your Explorer, replacement Differential Bolts. 

The 2020-2023 Ford Explorer is a BIG car, and a heavy one too. The differential has to deal with a lot of weight and power, with its heft torque output from the 3.0 V6 boosted with electrical motor power, and this can result in problems, varying from bent diff bolts to actually fully sheared / snapped differential bolts which can cause issues with driveability and performance ranging from weird vibration and noises to actual serious damage to your diff.

To address this Steeda offer two solutions. one is our super effective Diff Brace which not only eliminates the problem but does a great job in upgrading the entire rear diff support to put down that power the most effective way possible. 

If you don't want to spend as much on the rear end but still want an upgrade in your reliability then Steeda have created a tougher rear bolt solution to just replace the Ford OEM bolts.

Either way we whole heartedly recommend you choose one or the other, and enjoy your Explorer and continue laying down that over 800NM of torque (!) with peace of mind.
